Helping students succeed in and beyond high school
Paint Branch AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) raised over $15K in 2019 in order to create a fund to help pay for college scholarships for their members. Additional funds raised were used to provide affordable transportation to college field trips, which provides the needed access to group members to experience college for the first time. Visiting colleges and universities while in high school can help motivate members to achieve more.
This group has been incredible successful, with 100% of their first 3 graduating classes being accepted into a four-year college/university.

Maryland is a lacrosse heavy state, meaning that lacrosse teams have to try harder and play better (this sounds dumb, I know) to break out and be successful. Dulaney Men's lacrosse team strives for greatness each season, working to both win game and create a fun team enviorment while doing so.
They raised almost $16,000 in 2019 to pay for new team gear and equipment that was used to up-level the teams practices and improve the skills of the players.
